Amenities
Water Access
Take a 2-3 minute walk down a well maintained flat forested trail beside the property, which leads you to a quiet private sandy beach on Benoir Lake with a swing and dock, plus shallow, sloping water with minimal weeds! Great for swimming, launching the available canoe, kayaks or floatation devices! Utilize the wagon on-site to carry your personal belongings too! Suitable for children and seniors.
Bring your own motorized boat and launch it at the public boat launch on Benoir Lake, which is part of a three lake chain, including Baptiste Lake and Elephant Lake. This chain offers 36 miles of boating. Fish species include Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Walleye and Muskie.
Outdoors
We offer a BBQ with propane, Custom Log Outdoor Furniture and Swing, Fire Pit with Firewood provided, Canoe, Kayaks (2), Patio Set, Adult Lifejackets (2), Fishing Rods (2), Floatation Devices, Beach Toys, Public Boat launch nearby, as well as Algonquin Park South Access point is just around the corner. For your convenience, a daily parking pass for Algonquin Park is included with your stay.

Bathroom
There is 1 full bathroom on the main level inside with a tub/shower. There is also a 2-person large soaker tub in the loft. We are on a septic system and provide septic safe Toilet Paper, as well as hand soap, hand towels, shampoo/conditioner, and a hair dryer.
Entertainment
We have 3 Smart TVs (living room, bedroom and upstairs loft). Login to any of the TVs with your Netflix, Spotify, or Crave etc. We also have a DVD player and a selection of movies, games, books for use.
Central Air Conditioning
Enjoy the highest level of comfort all year round, especially during those hot summer months! We have central air conditioning.
Hot Tub
We’re happy to provide our guests with use of our 4 person hot tub available Oct 15-April 15. Come relax underneath the stars!
